We really have a great life here in Lake Park and the lifestyle can’t be beat. We did however get a chance to visit La Coquille in Manalapan recently and it was really very nice.
La Coquille has everything you could want in a community. Aside from everything you’ll find in the community, you’ll find that the Manalapan lifestyle offers a little something for everyone.
La Coquille has great features like a community pool and gated entry.
Manalapan is just one more reason to love La Coquille. Manalapan offers it residents fantastic parks, the finest shopping, great beaches and year round sun.

We know you’ll love it here in Lake Park, but recently I had a chance to visit Point Manalapan. It’s located in Manalapan and really had a lot to offer.
There area few communities like Point Manalapan homes and the Manalapan location can’t be beat. Next time you’re in the area be sure to check out this great community.
The features of Point Manalapan are numerous. They include features like a boating, golf, exercise area, gated entry, clubhouse and tennis.
Point Manalapan is beautiful and the city of Manalapan homes is also fantastic. There are so many great things about it that they are too numerous to list here. But just an example of what you’ll find close by – fabulous malls, magnificent beaches, great outdoor activities and year round sun.
